The OFS331 hydrogen sulfide online analyzer adopts the principle of lead acetate paper tape measurement. The method is that only hydrogen sulfide reacts with lead acetate, causing the paper tape to turn brown. The content of hydrogen sulfide is directly proportional to the color change on the lead acetate paper tape. This principle is the foundation of many methods. So far, this is the most reliable and simplest method for measuring the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in process gas.

Within a certain period of time, the instrument transmits a piece of paper tape. The rate at which the color of the paper tape darkens is proportional to the content of hydrogen sulfide in the process gas, based on the sample content. The analyzer introduces new paper tape into the sample chamber every 3-4 minutes.
