Overview

The Yatai Optoelectronics YPS oil flash point analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T3536. Advanced technology, easy operation, and high technological content make it an ideal substitute for imported products, which are at the leading level in China.

Product Details

Flash point is an important analysis item for determining fuel suitability, which is the lowest temperature at which fuel oil will ignite when exposed to flames and sparks. Flash point is an important quality indicator, where a high flash point indicates poor combustion performance of the product, while a low flash point indicates that the product will ignite prematurely when it is not desired to ignite.

Product Overview:

  The fully automatic open flash point tester is a new generation of petroleum product open flash point tester designed and manufactured according to GB/T 3536 and ASTM D92 standards. The instrument is suitable for determining the flash points of flammable liquids, liquids with suspended particles that tend to form films on their surfaces under test conditions, and other liquids.

  Instrument features:

Adopting a color LCD large screen display, a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, an unmarked keyboard, and a prompt menu guided input for parameters such as temperature, sample number, atmospheric pressure, and test date that can be preset;

   Simulate and track the function curve of temperature rise and test time, with Chinese operation software prompt modification function and parameter prompt functions such as test date and test time;

Equipped with a standard RS-323485 computer interface, the lower computer stores 100 sets of historical data, which can be connected to the computer to store data in large capacity and can be saved for a long time. Data can be transmitted, and the upper computer can modify the parameters of the lower computer.

Automatically calibrate the influence of atmospheric pressure on the experiment and calculate the correction value;

Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation;

Scanning, ignition, detection, and printing data are automatically completed, with electronic ignition and forced air cooling;

Can detect ignition point.

   Up to 3 oil samples can be tested simultaneously

 Can detect flash point up to 450 ℃

Performance requirements:

(1) The instrument is fully automatically controlled by a microcomputer throughout the entire testing process.

(2) Large screen Chinese interface, displaying test temperature, oil product number, test time, etc.

(3) Parameters can be pre-set, including temperature, pressure, test number, date, etc.

(4) The microcontroller program precisely controls temperature to ensure the accuracy of the results.

(5) The testing process tracks and displays experimental parameter information as a function curve.

(6) Yateks infrared temperature control device calibration function ensures the rigor of temperature data.

(7) There is a data interface that interfaces with the computer. In addition to the historical data stored in the lower computer, the upper computer can also store and control the testing data of the lower computer.

(8) The internal intelligent system can automatically correct the impact of external disturbances such as environmental pressure on the experiment.

(9) Equipped with cooling function, it intelligently cools down after the test is completed to ensure the personal safety of operators.

(10) Expandable ignition point testing function.

(11) Automatic lifting system, convenient to operate.

(12) After testing, it can automatically store and print data, which is economical and convenient.

(13) Cold rolled steel plate is used to make the shell, and the surface is treated with electroplating and spray coating, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.

(14) Both manual and automatic operations can be performed during the experiment (manual or automatic testing can also be selected separately).
