Overview
Measuring the octane number of gasoline and the cetane number of diesel provides a more comprehensive and accurate measurement of the pour point of diesel. The reproducible error range for various data of petroleum products is 0.5 octane units, with temperature correction error close to the static measurement value, less than 0.5 octane units. It can measure gasoline containing various additives.

1、 Product Introduction of Octane Number Analyzer:

The octane number analyzer uses the principle of dielectric constant method to determine the octane number of automotive gasoline, that is, the statistical method of operation number is used to obtain the correlation between the dielectric constant of automotive gasoline and its octane number through a large amount of experimental data, and then determine its octane number by measuring the dielectric constant of automotive gasoline. The instrument is equipped with scanning and segmented measurement modes (based on the classification of automotive gasoline grades in the standard). After strict calibration and calibration by Prodi technical engineers, it can directly measure the octane number of legal automotive gasoline, expressed as research octane number (RON), suitable for various types of gasoline. It has a durable gasoline protective layer and a four row matrix LCD display (which displays the motor method and research method octane numbers of the analyzed sample as well as temperature). When analyzing diesel, the analyzer displays the cetane number and approximate solidification temperature of the sample. The octane analyzer has a very good effect on detecting the octane number of gasoline containing lead and non lead, as well as gasoline containing different additives. The range of octane number detection is 40-120, and the range of cetane detection is 20-100.

3、 The origin:
The octane number meter was developed and invented by the Petroleum Chemical Adsorption Research Institute of the Siberian Branch of Russia. The fuel quality analyzer octane meter is mainly used to evaluate gasoline types and detect the octane value of gasoline. In addition, it can also detect the cetane number of diesel fuel. The octane number meter performs very well in measuring the parameters of leaded and unleaded gasoline, as well as gasoline containing other additives. In harsh environmental conditions (cold start), Zui can measure the type of gasoline in just 10 seconds. The entire measurement process is automated, and the operator only needs to fill the sensor with gasoline, turn on the instrument, and record the measurement results on the display screen.
4、 Detection range:
The octane number meter is easy to use and does not require frequent adjustment or special maintenance. In the quality assessment of oil products, the use of octane meters eliminates human factors and is recommended for sample inspection in petroleum storage, gasoline filling stations, and gasoline production lines.
The measurement criteria for octane levels are based on the relative analysis between the parameters obtained from gasoline analysis and the gasoline reference parameters stored in the microprocessor.
The design of the instrument and measurement algorithm provide a high level of noise immunity, making the measurement very stable. When the octane level of gasoline mixture is controlled between 40-120, if measuring non-standard fuels (such as natural gasoline (gasoline concentrate) or raw gasoline), the instrument can be adjusted. A skilled user can complete this adjustment on their own without the assistance of the instrument manufacturer. Pay attention to two points:
1. The error between repeated measurements cannot exceed 0.5 units of octane level
2. Error: The error between the indicated value of the octane meter and the indicated value of the same instrument in the laboratory environment cannot exceed 0.5 units of the octane level.

The electronic circuit of the octane analyzer is manufactured using components from Europe and Japan, and the casing of the k-octane analyzer is made of polystyrene material that is earthquake resistant and gasoline resistant.
