Product Details
1、 Instructions for use:
Measurement of gasoline:
- 1. Place the instrument on a horizontal tabletop and connect the sensor to the instrument host;
2. Clean the sensor with petroleum ether to ensure that there are no other impurities, sediment, or oil film in the sensor;
3. Press the "ON" button to turn on the device. If there is oil in the sensor and the display screen shows the detection value, please clean it again with petroleum ether and ensure that it evaporates completely;
4. Press the 'MODE' key to enter the page for selecting test oils, and continue pressing the 'MODE' key; Move the arrow up and down, and when you reach the tested oil product, press the "MODE" key to enter the tested oil product testing page;
5. Inject oil into the sensor until it is filled with *;
6. The display screen updates data every second; If the temperature of the tested oil is different from the ambient temperature, let it stand for three seconds until it reaches equilibrium with the ambient temperature, and record the test results;
7. Turn off the power, pour out the tested oil, clean the sensor with petroleum ether, and complete the detection (the host will automatically shut down in two minutes without human operation).
Measurement of Ethanol Gasoline:
- 1. Place the instrument on a horizontal tabletop and connect the sensor to the instrument host;
2. Clean the sensor with petroleum ether to ensure that there are no other impurities, sediment, or oil film in the sensor;
3. Press the "MODE" key to enter the measurement oil selection page when starting up, then press the "MODE" key to select the option of ethanol gasoline, and press the "ENTER" key to enter the ethanol gasoline measurement page; If there is oil in the sensor and the detection value appears on the display screen, please clean it again with petroleum ether and ensure that it evaporates completely;
4. Inject oil into the sensor until it is filled with *;
5. The display screen updates data every second; If the temperature of the tested oil is different from the ambient temperature, let it stand for three seconds until it reaches equilibrium with the ambient temperature, and record the test results;
6. Turn off the power, pour out the tested oil, clean the sensor with petroleum ether, and complete the detection (the host will automatically shut down in two minutes without human operation).
Calibration function:
- 1. Pour a sample of gasoline with a known octane value into the sensor, test it with the instrument, and obtain standard data;
2. Press and hold the "MODE" and "ENTER" keys, and a "P" will appear in the upper right corner of the LCD screen to enter the correction program;
3. Press the "UP" and "DOWN" keys to adjust the value to standard data;
4. Confirm with 'ENTER', calibration completed
| 2、 Attention: | ||
- 1. Do not pour any other fluid into the sensor except for commercial gasoline;
2. When operating the instrument, the ambient temperature should be controlled between -5 ℃ and+30 ℃. In severe cold seasons, the instrument should be left to stand in an environment of -5 ℃ to+30 ℃ for 2 hours before use to ensure the accuracy of the test results;
3. Do not use this instrument in a strong static environment to avoid interference;
4. Clean the sensor with petroleum ether to ensure that there are no other impurities in the sensor; The poured tested oil must be filled with the sensor, otherwise the test value will be inaccurate;
5. When the battery power is insufficient, the instrument displays the icon "B" to prompt the user to replace the battery; Install 4 No. 5 alkaline batteries and ensure that the positive and negative poles are correct;
6. Press and hold the "UP" key to turn on the backlight, and press the "DOUM" key to turn off the backlight.
