1、 VNL series CNC vertical turning centerfeature
The VNL502T vertical turning center adopts three-axis linkage and semi closed loop control. This machine tool has C-axis indexing function and is equipped with a power tool holder. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it also has certain milling functions.
This machine tool can process rotating parts with complex geometric shapes, various sizes, and high precision requirements, including inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, spherical surfaces, and other various rotating surfaces, inner and outer grooves, as well as various metric and imperial internal and external threads.
Power cutting tools are capable of milling axial and radial straight and spiral grooves, milling flat surfaces, drilling, reaming, tapping, and more.
Suitable for medium to small batch and single piece production, as well as for large-scale production of complex parts.
