AMAMIR-TD-2000C Near Infrared Optical Taster Non Destructive Saccharimeter: It does not require cutting or juicing the fruit, and can directly contact the detection head with the surface of the fruit to determine its sweetness.
Measurement principle: The light source enters the interior of the fruit through an optical fiber. Fruits with high sweetness absorb more light due to their higher sugar content, resulting in weaker reflected light. Fruits with low sweetness absorb less light due to their lower sugar content, resulting in stronger reflected light. Therefore, the sweetness of fruits can be determined by the strength of reflected light.
Measurement range: 5-30 BRIX% (sugar content)
Applicable objects: Apple, pear, cantaloupe, watermelon, citrus, peach, tomato, strawberry, mango, papaya, longan ... wait
Applicable occasions: determination of picking date, packaging line according to sweetness level ... etc., it is recommended to use it in situations where accurate measurement of sugar content is required
