1、 Instrument Introduction

MMC 274 Nexus ® It consists of two parts: the main unit (including the electronic system) and a replaceable calorimeter module, ensuring its full flexibility.

The instrument provides three replaceable calorimeter modules for different applications. Adiabatic acceleration calorimetry (ARC) ®) The module is capable of conducting standard process safety tests in heating waiting detection and isothermal insulation modes. The Scanning module can perform temperature rise and constant temperature scanning tests similar to DSC, which can be used not only to study exothermic reactions but also to study endothermic reactions. The button battery measurement module is used for performance research of button battery charging and discharging and temperature scanning. It will not be described in detail here. MMC 274 Nexus ™ Core functions:

Scanning calorimeter related software functions:

Obtain the heat absorption and release power curve of the sample. Label the reaction peak temperature, starting point, ending point, reaction enthalpy, and other information on it.
Peak area (enthalpy of reaction) annotation supports multiple baseline types (linear, inverse curve, tangent, horizontal left/right start, tangent left/right start, Bezier curve, zero baseline)
Label the changes in pressure over time/temperature during the reaction process. The first-order WeChat business can obtain the pressure change rate curve.
It can be compared and displayed in the same spectrum with other thermal analysis curves such as DSC and TGA.
