The intermediate frequency DC high voltage generator has high precision and accurate measurement. Voltage and current are both displayed digitally, with a voltage resolution of 0.1kv and a current resolution of 0.1uA. The instrument does not require an external high-voltage measuring instrument when in use, and the digital voltmeter on the control box can directly display the voltage value applied to the load test sample. The instrument has high and low voltage ends for measuring leakage current, and the high voltage end is displayed with a circular shielded digital meter, which is not afraid of discharge shock and has good anti-interference performance, making it particularly suitable for on-site use.

Steps for industrial automatic intermediate frequency DC generator:

1. Remove the tested device from the power supply, discharge it, and clean the device thoroughly. When one circuit is live, the insulation resistance of the other circuit must not be measured for double circuit lines and double busbars.
2. Before measurement, the tester should undergo an open circuit test (with the measuring wire open, shake the handle, and the pointer should point to "0") and a short circuit test (with the measuring wire directly short circuited, shake the handle, and the pointer should point to "0"). The two measuring wires should not be entangled with each other.
3. When measuring, the insulation resistance tester must be placed flat. Rotate the handle at a constant speed to gradually raise the pointer until a stable value is reached, and then read the insulation resistance value (it is strictly prohibited to measure on equipment with people working).
4. For devices with large capacitance, after measurement, the tested device must be discharged to the ground (do not touch the discharge device with your hands while it is still rotating).
5. Record the temperature of the tested device and the weather conditions at that time.

Precautions for multifunctional DC generator:

1. The personnel using the DC high voltage generator for this instrument must be professionals with a 'high voltage test certificate'.

2. If the high voltage shielded microampere meter displays' LOW BAT ', please replace the 9V battery to avoid measurement errors.

3. Temporary on-site tests should be fenced with clear "High Voltage Danger, Do Not Approach" signs. The fixed high voltage test area should also be equipped with necessary interlocking devices.

4. During the testing process, the operator should reserve sufficient safe operating distance (less than 20KV per meter in the air).

5. Before the experiment, please check whether the grounding wires of the instrument host, voltage doubling cylinder, and test sample are properly connected. The grounding wire of the test circuit should be grounded one point according to the requirements of this manual.

6. When conducting capacitive load tests, it is necessary to connect a current limiting resistor.

7. The discharge of large capacitance test samples should be carried out through a 100 Ω/V discharge resistor rod. During discharge, the discharge rod should not be immediately in contact with the test sample. The discharge rod should be gradually brought closer to the test sample until it reaches a certain distance and begins to discharge freely in the air gap with a hissing sound. When there is no sound, a discharge rod can be used to discharge, and finally, the ground wire can be directly connected to discharge.

8. After the test of the DC high-voltage generator is completed, the grounding wire must be hung to the high-voltage output terminal before the high-voltage lead can be removed.

9. When there are stains on the surface of the double pressure cylinder insulation cylinder, please wipe it clean with a dry cloth. When transporting or not using a pressure doubler, please put it inside the box.

10. The working and storage location of the device should be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect insulation.

11. Do not place this instrument on an unstable platform or tabletop to prevent it from falling and being damaged.

12. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please store it in a dry and ventilated place and power it on once a month.
