Introduction to falling film evaporator:
The raw material liquid is added from the top of the heating chamber and flows uniformly into the heating tube through the liquid distributor at the tube end. Under the gravity of the solution itself, the solution flows down along the inner wall of the tube in a film like form and evaporates. When performing multi effect evaporation, it is required that the operating pressure and boiling point of the solution of the post effect be lower than those of the pre effect. Therefore, the secondary steam of the pre effect can be introduced as the heat source medium of the post effect, that is, the heating chamber of the post effect becomes the condenser of the pre effect secondary steam. Only the first effect needs to consume steam, which is the operating principle of multi effect evaporation. It is mainly used in industries such as fresh milk, fruit juice, and medicine to concentrate thermosensitive materials. It is also widely used in corn deep processing, environmental wastewater treatment, and material concentration in the chemical industry.
