Brain slice molds include rat brain molds and mouse brain molds. The brain mold undergoes precision machining and high polishing to ensure the repeatability of the slicing process. The material used is aluminum alloy, which is sturdy and durable. It can be heated, cooled, high-pressure, and cleaned, and can withstand harsh usage conditions. The coronal brain mold has a sagittal midline, which facilitates the separation of the left and right cerebral hemispheres. The slicing accuracy is * * up to 1 mm, and the mouse brain mold is also suitable for neonatal rats.

4、 Instrument quality reminder:
1) Looking at the appearance of the slots in the mouse brain slicing mold, ordinary products have rough processing, many slots are deformed, and the incisions are not smooth. Such products will encounter problems when placing blades, some blades cannot fit in, some are inserted, and it is difficult to remove them. In addition, the tissue we cut out is also uneven, which seriously affects the experimental results. 2) There are three types of materials available on the market: aluminum alloy, organic glass, and ordinary stainless steel. The first two materials have a sticky structure, while aluminum alloy and ordinary stainless steel are not corrosion-resistant. Users can only leave them partially naked in salt water for about 12 hours, and rust stains can be seen on them. In severe cases, there are many small rust holes. This material cannot withstand our harsh experimental conditions. Our material is made of imported stainless steel, which can be tested in any concentration of salt water without rust.
