The main feature of the MDW series high-temperature magnetic pump is its motor protection level of IP55, which can be used in flammable and explosive working conditions without generating electric sparks during operation. The high-temperature medium is transferred to the circulation pump, and the transferred circulation medium is a liquid (water, thermal oil, etc.) that does not contain particles or fibers. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, simple structure, stable performance, and wide range of use. It is widely used in small mold temperature control machines, boiler feedwater systems, and supporting equipment for washing machines.
The MDW series high-temperature magnetic pump adopts the design principle and manufacturing process, and converts the dynamic seal into a static seal through magnetic field conduction between the outer magnet, isolation sleeve, and inner magnet, ensuring stable operation of the pump under high temperature conditions.
