Product Usage
Used in conjunction with sealed tanks for the cultivation of anaerobic microorganisms. This product can absorb all O in the container2At the same time, approximately 21% of CO is generated2.
Each aluminum-plastic packaging contains a paper bag (anaerobic gas bag).
Usage:
1. Cut open the upper side of the aluminum-plastic packaging and take out the paper bag. The paper bag does not need to be opened.
2. Immediately place the paper bag into the sealed jar and cover the jar. Upon contact with air, it will immediately absorb oxygen2Generate CO2No need to add water or use catalysts.
3. Each AnaeroPack bagTM-Anaero is used for 2.5-liter culture tanks. For culture tanks larger than 2.5 liters, 2-3 packs should be used according to the volume of the tank. When using multiple AnaeroPacksTM-When Anaero, do not stack them together.
4. Used anaerobic gas bags may generate heat due to residual reactions, please wait until they cool down before discarding them. And don't throw it together with flammable materials.

The operation method is simple:
Preparation of culture medium - petri dish - sterilization - cooling - inoculation - placed in a suitable container - placed in a production gas bag (anaerobic indicator can be placed at the same time) - sealed - placed in a regular incubator - adjusted to the appropriate culture temperature. The provided sealed jar or bag has a transparent appearance and can monitor the growth of microorganisms at any time. If the sealed container is not opened, the internal environment will not change, which is sufficient to maintain the entire cultivation process.
Compared with other anaerobic cultivation methods, anaerobic gas bag production has the following advantages:
1. The product is easy to operate, without the need for water or catalysts. Simply cut open the outer packaging of the medication (gas bag) and place it in a container. After sealing, a suitable anaerobic, microaerophilic, and carbon dioxide cultivation environment can be formed.
