ZWF micro flotation water purifier is a new type of wastewater purification equipment that can separate suspended solids such as fine fibers, filler particles, colloidal particles, etc. from paper mill wastewater, achieving the purpose of purifying wastewater and recovering fine fibers. The recovered fine fibers are directly added to the pre pulp tank for papermaking. This process will not affect the physical properties of the paper.

When the micro flotation water purifier is working, polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide solution are first added to the wastewater. The polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide solution will quickly coagulate the fine fibers, filler particles and other slurry in the wastewater. The tiny bubbles generated by the gas and water mixer will float the flocculated slurry to the surface and automatically discharge it into the recovery slurry pool under buoyancy. The purified water clarified by the flotation of the water purifier is discharged outside the machine through the central pipe of the equipment.
