Microscope imaging software comes with optional microscope analysis software

MetaMorph ® Microscope automation and imaging analysis software can control automatic image acquisition, hardware device control, and imaging analysis. It can easily integrate different fluorescence microscope hardware and peripheral devices into a customized workstation for customers. This software provides many simple and easy-to-use application modules for biological characteristic analysis. Two software supplementary packages, MetaFluor for fluorescence ratio imaging ® Software and MetaVue for basic image acquisition and processing ® All software is included in this combination.

    Use graphics processing unit hardware acceleration to support image processing. It can distinguish subcellular objects as small as 20nm in space and 40nm in axis.

  • Comprehensive morphological measurement analysis

    Determine objects based on any combination of morphological measurement parameters such as shape, size, or optical density, and classify them into user-defined fine categories.
