Due to the application of low-temperature drying technology in low-temperature vacuum ovens, bacteria and fermentation agents in the video industry can be gently dried. In addition, the instrument can simulate program controlled transportation and storage schemes to determine the performance of active formulations or capacities under different pressure and temperature conditions.


Unparalleled high precision

Compact, energy-saving, and machine precise Peltier cooling device ensures a maximum deviation of ± 1K in temperature distribution on the shelf surface. Memmert is the only manufacturer in the world that provides digital pressure control. The stage editing of temperature and vacuum degree (cycle) and the heating/cooling of shelves achieve rapid circulation inside the box without residual humidity.


Save the remaining time

Memmert's vacuum oven absorbs gas through a pump and can quickly remove moisture. Due to the use of RAMP programming for temperature and vacuum cycling, the drying process has been optimized, resulting in a significant reduction in drying time compared to traditional vacuum ovens.

It can be directly programmed on the device, with up to 40 RAMPs with different temperature and vacuum settings, or programmed through MEMoryCard. If Celsius software is used, programming can be done in unlimited stages.
