Bottle cabinets are the main products used in laboratory furniture to store gas cylinders. Its purpose is to protect steel cylinders (gas cylinders) from fires outside the cabinet and to protect surrounding items from internal fires as metal containers. Made with all steel technology, the lines are soft, the load-bearing capacity is good, the combination is flexible, it is easy to maintain, easy to install and transport, and the appearance design is beautiful and generous.

lcabinet body

We use high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which are treated with acid pickling and phosphating, and the surface is coated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying to achieve the effects of acid and alkali resistance and rust prevention.

ldoor panel

Adopting detachable hinges, with a front window made of explosion-proof glass.

lPASS孔

There are PASS holes on the side of the cabinet to ensure the flow of gas inside the cabinet.

lFixed chain

Internally, a fixed chain is used to prevent the gas cylinder from tipping over.

lpedal

The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with adjustable pedals for easy loading and unloading of gas cylinders.

lhand in hand

Adopting embedded high-strength handle

lalarm

The alarm device can recognize combustible gases such as methane, acetylene, coal gas, hydrogen, etc. It uses a combustible gas detector and air diffusion sampling. When the concentration reaches the set cut-off point of the chip, it will automatically sound an alarm.

lSound and light alarm system

When the sensor inside the cabinet detects a gas leak, it will automatically trigger a flashing red light and an alarm roar, while also automatically exhausting the air.

lAutomatic exhaust system

When the sensors inside the cabinet detect a gas leak and sound an alarm, the top fan will automatically operate to discharge the gas outside through the exhaust pipe, ensuring personal safety in the work area.
