The Kemet disk system is suitable for Kemet's magnetic polishing pads, diamond grinding and fine grinding discs, as well as any magnetic consumables from other suppliers. Can be used for diameters of 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm.Other sizes can be customized according to requirements.

Synthetic silk pad with durable woven structure, used for mirror processing of most metals. Usually used for 3-micron diamond compounds or finer.

AST-M

A superhard synthetic silk pad on a rigid backing. Used to increase cutting action and achieve good general flatness control. Used together with 14 microcrystalline metal compounds, it is relatively coarse.

Chemical mechanical polishing process using Col-K colloidal silica gel suspension

Kan-M

A woven wool polishing cloth used for polishing black and non-ferrous metals. Use 3-micron diamond composite.

MRE-M
