There is a magnetic float inside the main tube of the liquid level gauge. The float is designed according to the specific gravity of the medium. The magnetic steel inside the float is at the same height as the liquid level in the container. The liquid level LED display scale is equipped with a semiconductor magnetic sensor, which is arranged in an orderly manner with the LED light emitting module. The semiconductor magnetic sensor corresponding to the magnetic field is magnetized and triggers the corresponding digital circuit. The LED above the liquid level displays in red, and below the liquid level displays in green. The red displays the vapor phase, and the green displays the liquid phase. The actual liquid level in the container is located at the red green boundary, which is clear at a glance.

3. Connect the sensor to the container being measured, install a DN15 valve at the lower end of the sensor discharge flange, and connect it to the discharge pipeline of the original liquid level gauge
4. Connect the power supply AC220V (or AC36V), and the liquid level gauge should display full red at this time
5. First open the upper valve, then slowly open the lower valve, especially when the level gauge is used on high-pressure pressure vessels (such as power plant boilers), pressure must be slowly injected to prevent the float from suddenly being damaged by pressure, causing the medium to slowly flow into the sensor. Observe the liquid level display and switch from red to green one by one.
6. Liquid level display adjustment: Raise the liquid level of the container to the center, move the display box of this liquid level gauge up and down to match it, move left and right to adjust it to a position that is easy to observe, and then tighten the upper and lower fixing rings to put it into use.
