Suitable for low-temperature cooling of high-purity germanium detectors and other scientific instruments that require liquid nitrogen low-temperature cooling.
Instrument IntroductionIntroduction of instruments
The FYYDHN liquid nitrogen condensation refrigeration machine is a hybrid refrigeration system formed by combining conventional liquid nitrogen with an electric refrigeration machine, which is a breakthrough in the field of low-temperature cooling detectors. This product uses a Stirling thermoacoustic electric refrigeration unit as the main working component, which lowers the cold end temperature to the temperature of liquid nitrogen, thereby condensing the gaseous nitrogen inside the Duwa into liquid nitrogen and achieving the recycling of liquid nitrogen. Compared to pure electric refrigeration, liquid nitrogen has lower rebound vibration and can work continuously for more than a week without power; Compared to ordinary liquid nitrogen tanks, liquid nitrogen reflux does not require frequent refilling of liquid nitrogen.
Meets the standard standards
GB/T 43535-2023 "High Purity Germanium Gamma Spectrometer"
FeaturesFunctional characteristics
- The working life of the refrigeration machine shall not be less than 150000 hours;
- Can continuously cool the detector for at least 30 months without power supply;
- A 30 liter liquid nitrogen tank, filled with liquid nitrogen, ensures a low temperature environment for the detector in the event of a power outage, ensuring continuous normal operation of the system for 7 days;
- Stirling principle refrigeration;
- The refrigeration machine recovers volatile nitrogen gas and compresses it back into liquid nitrogen;
- Customized interface design, compatible with high-purity germanium gamma spectrometer;
- Equipped with a five inch touch screen, real-time display of liquid level, cooling power, internal pressure of the tank, fan speed, refrigeration machine and hardware temperature;
- Equipped with liquid level alarm and temperature alarm functions;
- Equipped with dual pressure relief valves to ensure safety;
- Equipped with PC software, the software runs on. NET and is connected to liquid nitrogen through a USB cable for monitoring and recording device operation data. The device can also run independently without a PC and requires minimal maintenance.
