1、 OperationInstructions

1)Slow-release sterilizerThe chemical reaction automatic slow-release delayed pressure chlorination process is adopted, using strong chlorine solid prescriptions with a content of over 75% as the main raw material. The disinfectant produced by reasonable mixing of water and chemicals is added to the water tank, well, pipeline, and sewage tank to react with the contacted water to achieve the sterilization effect.

2)Installation: The water inlet is connected to the power water source, and the water pressure requirement is above 0.05MPa. If installed on a pipeline, additional equipment needs to be added, and the inlet is connected to the sterilization water source such as the water tank and well.

3)Dosing: Close the inlet valve, open the drain valve, drain the water from the box, open the medication dispensing cover, add the required amount of medication, and then close the pharmacy cover again and tighten it.

4)Operation: Gradually open the inlet valve and dosing valve, and adjust the flow meter according to the volume. Before each dosing, open the inlet valve and drain valve and flush them clean to prevent blockage.

5)Residual chlorine detection: On the second day of use, residual chlorine in the factory water was detected. Gradually adjust the dosage according to the size, and after three days, check that there is no residual chlorine in the pipeline network.

3、 Installation instructions

Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.

4、 Technical specifications

1)mechanical filter

Working principle: A mechanical filter is a pressure filter that uses refined quartz sand filter material filled in the filter. When the incoming water flows through the filter layer from top to bottom, suspended solids and adhesive paper particles in the water are removed, thereby reducing the turbidity of the water

2)Activated carbon filter

Under normal working conditions, the filter element can maintain a service life of 3 to 6 months or more, and the structure of the filter meets the requirements for quick replacement of the filter element.

4)Slow-release sterilizer

The slow-release sterilizer adopts a chemical reaction, automatic slow-release delayed pressure chlorination process, using strong chlorine solid agents with a content of over 90% as the main raw material. The disinfectant produced by reasonable mixing of water and agents is added to water tanks, wells, pipelines, and sewage tanks for sterilization.
