Low temperature coating
The vacuum low-temperature transfer system is suitable for converting room temperature coating machines into low-temperature coating machines. The sample can be coated and transported in a protected environment at low temperatures.

A new era of carbon filament evaporation
A carbon film with a thickness of up to 40nm can be precisely set and obtained through pulsed carbon filament evaporation, combined with continuous film thickness monitoring (quartz film thickness control) and unique software control. The carbon film thus achieves high repeatability and uniformity.
Thanks to the detachable glass door, baffle and sample chamber shielding inner wall, coating source and sample stage, the cleaning work inside the sample chamber is very easy.
The tilted coating source combined with the rotating sample stage can obtain a larger and more uniform coating area. According to experimental requirements, two types of coating target sources can be installed simultaneously.
Built in film thickness monitoring system, quartz plate placed in the center of the sample stage, can obtain more accurate coating results.
Three axis motor-driven sample stage - the height and angle of the sample stage can be adjusted without breaking the vacuum.
