2、 Usage:
Insert the three pin plug into the power socket, the power is turned on, and then clamp the container to be oscillated onto the fixture.
Speed setting:
1Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. The bottom row displays the original timing value (last run speed).
2Press the "" (speed) key to set the desired rotational speed.
3Press the H (hour) key to set the hour range, and press the M (minute) key to set the minute range. (Set 0:00 to indicate continuous operation in an indefinite constant open state).
4After setting all the data, press the RUN button to start, and press STOP to stop running at any time. (At this point, the timer also ends).
5Green is the running light, and red is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state
Temperature setting:
(1) Set temperature: Press the SET key to set the temperature. Press the SET button to flash the data on the lower digital display (normal temperature measurement on the upper display), and the instrument will enter the temperature setting state. Press the △ button to increase the set value, press the ▽ button to decrease the set value, and then press the SET button again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.
(2) Correction of sensor errors: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument, select parameter SC, and use the △ or ▽ button to correct the error. The correction range for sensor error with a display resolution of 0.1 degrees is ± 19.9, and the correction range for a display resolution of 1 degree is ± 50 degrees. After completion, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory.
(3) Starting self-tuning: This product can adapt to the vast majority of control systems, and can only start self-tuning when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory. Method 1: After powering on the instrument, press the shift button for 3 seconds to start self-tuning. Method 2: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enable self-tuning. When self-tuning is in progress, the Atu indicator light flashes. The process is that the instrument control heating system fluctuates twice near the set point. When the Atu indicator light goes out, self-tuning ends and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.
6Delay protection of refrigeration compressor: After one round of operation, the compressor needs to release the pressure inside the evaporator through a capillary tube. During the pressure release process, starting the compressor under pressure may damage the compressor. The compressor needs to be delayed by 120-200 seconds to protect it when restarted. The parameter Alt represents the delay protection time for compressor restart.
7Intervention and separation of refrigeration control: When the set temperature is below a certain temperature point (parameter AFL), the compressor works continuously, and the system stabilizes the temperature using energy balance method. When the set temperature is higher than a certain temperature point (parameter AFH), the compressor does not need to participate in the operation, and the system only needs to supplement the temperature to stabilize the temperature.
