This equipment consists of a flushing, dripping, canning, and capping integrated main unit, suitable for canning production of 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The flushing process is divided into three steps: internal and external flushing with alkaline liquid detergent, internal and external flushing with disinfectant water, external flushing with purified water, and external flushing. Alkaline water and disinfectant water can be recycled. The entire process of rinsing, canning, and sealing is controlled by a PC computer, and this equipment has safety devices such as interlocking, signaling, and self testing.

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. It has a reasonable structure, easy operation, and accurate movements, making it an ideal equipment for the current bottled drinking water production line.
