Introduction to chiller:

The monitoring of the chiller system is carried out by the RTU system, which controls the start and stop of the refrigeration system and monitors the working status of various equipment according to the pre arranged daily holiday program.

Load control: Measure the temperature and flow rate of the chilled water supply and return, calculate the actual cooling load of the user, and the system controls the number of chillers turned on and the cooling capacity of the chillers based on the calculation results, thereby achieving energy-saving goals.

Differential pressure control: Control the opening of the bypass valve based on the pressure difference between the chilled water supply and return to ensure the balance of the system's supply and return water temperatures.

Equipment group control: The group control function of the chiller system automatically starts/stops the chiller according to the load, and has the function of setting and modifying control parameters. The various states and process parameters inside the chiller unit will be read by the controller on the chiller unit through a standard interface. The system displays the operating status and fault alarms of the chilled water pump.

Monitoring: The operating status of the chiller system, accumulated operating time, temperature, flow rate, water level, input current, and voltage of each water-saving loop

Alarm: Fault alarm for chiller system, alarm for water temperature exceeding the limit value. At the same time as the fault alarm, print the maintenance dispatch form and report it on the upper computer.

Central monitoring display and printing: parameters, status, alarms, dynamic flowcharts (set values, measured values, status, etc.).
