Laboratory air purifierListed in September 2014, it has received widespread attention since its launch. This ceiling embedded laboratory filtration device continuously filters and adsorbs toxic gas molecules, purifies the polluted air in the laboratory, and then returns the clean air to the laboratory through the side return air outlet. The filtration system consists of a powerful multi carbon resistant filter and a pre filter, which can adsorb most pollutants in the air.
Advantages:
♦No pipeline engineering is required, it can be directly installed on the ceiling.
♦ And multiple devices can be installed to increase the purification coverage area.
♦ Ultra low energy consumption, easy installation, and simple operation.
♦ Integrating numerous advantages into oneLaboratory air purifierIt will become a laboratory product, adding new content to the 'green solution for overall laboratory safety improvement'.
The 2011 edition of the ASHRAE HVAC (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, HVAC Systems) Application Manual, Chapter 14/16, proposes that the air exchange rate in the laboratory should be 6-12 times per hour. However, research has shown that in reality, an air exchange rate of 8-12 times per hour is necessary to better clean toxic chemicals in the laboratory air. Such a large number of air changes will result in a significant amount of fresh air being discharged from the air conditioning system and huge energy consumption. The air purifier and ACH play the same role, as they can filter the air in the laboratory and return clean air to the room instead of consuming it, saving tens of thousands of yuan in air conditioning costs annually.
Air purifiers are not a substitute for ACH, but they can help reduce energy consumption. Testing conducted by ETC INC. in a laboratory in the United States has shown that an air purifier product can reduce the air exchange rate of a 60m3 laboratory to 4-10 times per hour while achieving the same level of cleanliness, saving approximately $4000 in costs annually.
Laboratory air purifierReal time monitoring of laboratory air quality, filtering of laboratory air, creating a safe and healthy laboratory working environment.
Three models are available for selection: capable of removing the vast majority of pollutants and smoke. When indoor air pollution is detected, flashing lights will alert users and filter out toxic pollutants.
