The material is fed into the granulation bin through a feeding machine or vacuum feeding system, and flows in a multidimensional shear state through stirring. The adhesive is sprayed into the air by a spray gun system, causing the material to solidify into ribbon shaped hollow particles. After granulation is completed, the particles are discharged through the discharge port to the wet granulation machine for granulation, and then discharged to the boiling dryer for drying.

Made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, equipped with an operating platform, stairs, and safety guardrails. Adopting PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation, all operations can be automatically completed according to the process parameters set by the user, and all process parameters can be automatically printed.
