KromasilThe liquid chromatography column is a classic C18 bonded silica gel liquid chromatography column produced by AkzoNobel in Sweden. Kromasil is a new generation of spherical silicone filler with high purity, large specific surface area, high mechanical strength, and high carbon chain coverage. The extremely low content of metal impurities reduces the complexation of some chelates on the silica gel matrix column. The surface of Kromasil is composed of silanol groups with a high coverage of silane, making it difficult to hydrolyze and decompose under high or low pH conditions. It allows the mobile phase pH to be between 1.5-9.5. The key feature that users trust Kromasil C18 * is its excellent reproducibility, allowing each column to produce the same pattern.

KromasilThe chromatographic column has a complete packing system from analytical to preparative types. Currently, the available packing bond phases include C18, C4, C8, SI, NH2, CN, Phenyl, Diol, as well as chiral packing TBB and DMB. There are three types of apertures: 60A, 100A, and 300A, which meet different analysis conditions. The particle size of the filler can be provided in six types: 3.5um, 5um, 7um, 10um, 13um, and 16um.
