Overview

KCV850 Beicun Processing Center is a universal vertical machining center developed by our company based on market demand and product spectrum planning, with a wide processing range, strong processing capability, and high precision. This product is optimized and improved on the basis of existing products to enhance processing capabilities. Its structure is a type layout, with the worktable moving forward and backward with the cross slide table, the worktable moving left and right axes on the cross slide table, the spindle box moving up and down along the column guide rail, the spindle using a motor and main shaft direct connection structure, and the tool magazine being a disc type side hanging tool magazine. This machine tool can meet the requirements of drilling, tapping, boring, and strong milling, and is widely used for rough and precision machining of parts such as casings, cylinder heads, valve bodies, molds, bases, and shells.

    The combination of a highly inclined chip discharge groove, a spiral chip discharge device, and a high-pressure high flow chip flushing pump can facilitate the smooth discharge of iron chips.

    The iron chips generated during part processing are automatically discharged from the machine tool, which is suitable for automated processing and situations with large chip margins.

    The temperature regulator of the large wind control box can effectively prevent damage to electrical components caused by the invasion of powder, moisture, dust, and harmful gases, enabling the electrical components to operate efficiently and extend their service life.
