1. Introduction to PC IO functions
PC IO is a series of I/O modules installed on Microbox through PCI-104 interface and stacking method for high-speed data acquisition. There are five types of components, namely PC IO BASE 400、PC IO MOD DIGITAL 010、PC IO MOD ANALOG 020、PC IO KIT 030、PC IO KIT 040。 The PC IO BASE 400 is a substrate module, as shown in Figure 1. There is a microprocessor on the substrate that scans and processes signals from I/O modules and sensors according to preset parameters and modes (changed by the user program through the PCI-104 bus), and stores the results in the storage area accessed by the Microbox CPU through the PCI-104 bus.
