The continuous flow sand filter control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and an air control cabinet. One electrical control cabinet controls one to several pneumatic control units, and one pneumatic control cabinet controls one or more sand filter units.

The electrical control cabinet has basic functions such as controlling the start, operation, and alarm of continuous flow sand filters. When the continuous flow sand filter is running normally, the electrical control cabinet ensures continuous flushing; When an abnormality occurs during the operation, an alarm signal should be transmitted to the control box, and the subsequent program will issue instructions to stop the operation of the filtering system through operation or the central control system provided by the customer.
