Stable test voltage output unaffected by power frequency supply

HIOKI's voltage tester is designed to apply a stable voltage and prevent damage to the tested equipment through a zero start switch. However, lower priced models may experience waveform distortion due to the influence of the power supply. Please be careful when choosing. 3153 adopts AC/DC and PWM switching mode for any voltage output, so it will not be affected by changes or distortions in the power supply voltage, and can accurately produce stable test voltage.
