3、 Characteristics of JS94 series microelectrophoresis (Zeta potential analyzer) instrument

1The instrument adopts a newly designed new and simple electrophoresis cell, using a 0.5cm thick glass cup with electrodes built into the cell. The electrophoresis cup and built-in electrodes undergo precise microfluidics calculations and surface treatment to form a set of electrophoresis devices that are different from traditional electrophoresis cells. The sample usage during testing is extremely small, only 0.5ml per time, easy to clean, convenient to use, and economical and practical.

2The electrode holder is carefully designed and closely matched with the electrophoresis cup to form a cup-shaped open electrophoresis device. The electrodes are made of silver, platinum, and titanium metal wires, and after surface treatment, the working state is stable.

3Well made rice markers are placed in electrophoresis cups and placed on a 3D platform. After adjusting the 3D platform, a clear rice image can be seen on the computer screen to locate the measurement position without any static layer issues.

4The electrophoresis instrument adopts a semiconductor luminescent near-field optical system with a power of only a few tens of microwatts, which will not affect the measurement environment and accuracy due to heat generation. The optical system has been adjusted and the magnification has been increased. Short wavelength blue and green light are used, so smaller particles can be seen clearly.

5Using a constant voltage low-frequency conversion power supply can prevent polarization and greatly improve measurement speed. The positive and negative switching time is continuously adjustable from 0.30 seconds to 1.20 seconds, and the sampling time only takes 3 to 10 seconds. The voltage between electrodes can be adjusted as needed.

6Using a temperature sampling probe, it automatically and continuously samples the ambient temperature, returns it to the computer, and automatically adjusts the parameters for calculating the Zeta potential. Using computer multimedia technology, at a given beat, automatically take continuous "photos" of ultrafine particles magnified 1200 times, providing a total of four grayscale images for analysis and calculation in both directions.
