JM10 Carbon Hydrogen Nitrogen Element Quantitative System
The MICRO CORDER JM10 is an organic trace element analysis device that uses Pregl Dumas as the basic principle for detection. The equipment is controlled by a control panel for macroscopic simultaneous quantitative determination of carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen elements, without the need for skilled technicians in previous analytical techniques to complete the entire detection. The sample is directly drawn from the sampling box, and due to the method of introducing combustion components, excellent analysis accuracy can be obtained. The electronic technology used in the instrument has ensured a significant leap in stability, operability, and economy of the device.
This device adopts a computer control system, which can provide you with stable analysis results, making the detection work simpler, safer, and more economical.
advantage
Open sample inlet
There is * carrier gas flowing out from the combustion nozzle to prevent air from entering. Due to this design, sample installation and disassembly are very convenient, and the pressure applied to explosive samples can be instantly reduced without producing abnormal analysis results. The sample is directly measured by a sample ship, making the measurement faster and more accurate.
Confirm if there are any residues
The equipment can confirm the presence of residual substances in the ash content every time the sample compartment is taken out, and if necessary, it can be retested to obtain the ash content. When there is doubt about the analysis results, the grey component will be an important reference for answering questions.
Built in pressure correction device in data processing system
The standard computer receives the pressure signal from the pressure correction device and transmits it to the detector to directly display the result. The results are stored in memory and can be printed or subjected to statistical processing. If connected to an electronic scale, automatic sampling can be controlled by a computer
Can perform unmanned detection
The device is connected to an automatic sampling device, which can achieve unmanned operation of sample import and recovery work. After the analysis is completed, the instrument will automatically cool down and then shut down. Setting a timer on the PC allows for device preheating in unmanned situations, saving time wasted waiting.
Independent detector
The MICRO CORDER JM10 is equipped with an independent TCD detector that can detect carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen elements. This detector has good detection sensitivity for all elements. When in high sensitivity settings, single element analysis can be performed, as well as corresponding analysis of multiple samples.
