1.JK-ZS2000Introduction to Type Powder Compaction Density Meter
Compaction density is one of the important indicators of powder quality. Compaction density measurement refers to placing a certain amount of powder into a container, vibrating under certain conditions until the volume of the powder in the container no longer decreases, reading the volume of the powder, and then dividing the weight of the powder by the volume to obtain the compaction density.
JK-ZS2000The powder compaction density meter is composed of a precision speed regulating motor, a stainless steel guide frame, etc. The structure is firm and reasonable, the operation is simple, and the test data is managed by a computer. The instrument has 3 working positions and can measure 3 samples simultaneously.

2. Instrument principle:
The compacted density refers to the density of the powder contained in a container after being compacted under specified conditions.JK-ZS2000The vibration density meter conforms to the standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993, and follows the principles of the United States Pharmacopeia and European Pharmacopoeia standards.
3. Characteristics of Instrument Technical Parameters

When testing, first load the powder into the sample cylinder, then place the sample cylinder on the working position of the instrument, press the start button, and without damaging the original shape of the powder particles, the sample cylinder repeatedly moves up and down by inertia. When the gap between particles reaches its limit and the volume of the powder no longer decreases, the volume and weight data of the vibrated powder are input into the computer, and the vibration density and loose density results of the powder are automatically calculated.
Measurement accuracy:Test accuracy error < ± 1%; During testing, the sample cylinder automatically rotates a certain angle within one cycle to ensure that the powder surface is in a horizontal state, thereby ensuring the measurement accuracy of the powder surface height.
