The eccentric blocks at both ends should be symmetrical, and the connecting line between the eccentric blocks should be parallel to the axis of rotation. At the same time, the fixing bolts of the eccentric blocks should be tightened and the spring clips should be worn. The angle between the eccentric blocks is equal, which means that the excitation force is the same. If they are installed symmetrically on both sides of the equipment, the equipment will produce great vibration during operation, which will damage the equipment. Therefore, the installation of the eccentric blocks should be consistent.

1. The outgoing cable is subject to vibration, so it is necessary to choose a cable with high elasticity as the motor lead. Generally, the motor lead is prone to vibration breakage or abrasion damage at the root of the motor outgoing line. When such a fault occurs, the motor should be turned on and reconnected from the inside of the motor.

2. Heavy duty bearings should be selected, which can bear a certain axial load. Regardless of the installation direction, the bearing life is not affected by axial loads. When disassembling the bearing, it is necessary to record the position of the eccentric block and the percentage of the excitation force. After replacing the bearing, check that the motor shaft should have a certain amount of axial movement. Do not install the eccentric block first and test the motor empty. After normal operation, reset the eccentric block according to the original record.

3. The protective cover of the eccentric block should be sealed to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the operation of the motor.

(1) It is often installed in places with dust and harsh working environments, and does not have a fan for heat dissipation. It relies on natural cooling and should be maintained regularly

(2) Check the surface hygiene, and if dust affects heat dissipation, clean it up in a timely manner.

(3) Check if the fixing bolts are loose, and tighten them with a torque wrench to the required torque when loose.

(4) Check if the vibration is abnormal. If the vibration is abnormal, stop the machine and remove the eccentric block cover for inspection and handling.

(5) Is the sealing of the eccentric block protective cover appropriate? If the sealing is not tight, stop the machine for handling

(6) Check if the outgoing cable is worn. If it is worn, stop the machine for processing.

(7) Is the bearing lacking oil? Add oil every month during operation and replace the bearing annually

(8) Check if the current is normal and shut down for inspection and handling in case of abnormalities.
