One summary
The IH single-stage single suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump is an energy-saving and replacement product for the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. This product is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers to transport liquids with corrosive viscosity similar to water. The inlet pressure of the pump shall not exceed 0.3MPa.
The temperature of the medium transported by IH type chemical pumps is generally -20 ℃ to 105 ℃. If necessary, appropriate cooling measures can be taken to transport liquids at higher temperatures.

II Structural description of pump
2.1 The main components of IH chemical pump include pump body, impeller, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, suspension parts, etc.
The structural characteristics of the pump are: the pump cover is fixed on the middle bracket through a stopper, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the connection between the pump body and the middle bracket mouth. The pump body is of axial suction, radial discharge, and foot support type, which can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension components are fixed to the middle bracket through a stopper and supported on the base by the suspension. During maintenance, the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines and pump body can be maintained without dismantling.
There are various forms of shaft seals, such as packing and mechanical seals, which can be selected according to the properties of the conveying medium and the requirements of the production process.
2.2 The pump is connected to the motor through a coupling, and when viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
2.3 Material: According to the corrosion condition of the liquid, the appropriate material for the pump's overcurrent section can be selected. The main materials include SUS304, SUS316L, etc.
