Product Introduction
The fully automatic shallow filtration system is composed of multiple standard high-speed sand cylinder units, which are equipped with * water distributors and collectors inside, and have * bidirectional automatic flushing valves. It can achieve individual backwashing of multiple standard high-speed sand cylinders during normal system operation, with fully automatic program control. It has the advantages of low backwash water consumption, convenient equipment installation, and easy operation. This device has high traffic and does not require maintenance. According to different user requirements, there are two series: vertical and horizontal. Suitable for water quality treatment of industrial and civilian circulating water systems.
working principle
When the system is in a filtered state, unfiltered water is evenly distributed through a self-developed water distributor, and the water passes through the packing layer (refined homogeneous quartz sand/garnet) inside the filter in a laminar flow state. When water flows through the packing layer, impurities are trapped within the packing layer. There are multiple evenly distributed water collectors at the bottom of the filter, which collect and extract the filtered water evenly. Horizontal flow filtration can enable the filter to filter at high flow rates and still achieve good filtering effects.

Backwash status:
As impurities accumulate in the packing layer, the internal head loss will continue to increase. When the pressure head loss of the inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the constant pressure device to switch to the backwash state. When this backwash is completed, the hydraulic valve changes the water supply direction to achieve backwashing one by one, making it easier to clean the accumulated impurities.
When the system is in backwash state, filtration continues, and the standard unit sand cylinder to be backwashed is not filtered, while other standard unit sand cylinders in the system are still being filtered. The filtered clean water is used to backwash the standard unit sand tank, while the rest is still sent to the user. The backwash wastewater is discharged through the backwash drainage outlet of the hydraulic valve. In the fully automatic and efficient filtration system of the high-speed sand tank, a special water collector design allows the fillers to rub and wash each other, maximizing the backwash efficiency and reducing the required backwash water (cleaning water), while ensuring no material leakage during backwash. A standard unit sand cylinder is backwashed for 2 minutes. After backwashing, the internal pressure head loss of the standard unit sand cylinder is reduced to a reasonable range. The constant pressure device gives a recovery signal, and the hydraulic valve returns to the filtering state. The next standard unit sand cylinder is ready to enter the backwash state.

7)Automatic backwashing: The backwashing of this device is automatically recognized and controlled by an intelligent control system, without the need for manual intervention. Even if there are fluctuations in suspended solids in the water, the device may automatically adapt.
8)Continuous water supply; When the device is backwashed, the filtration process is carried out simultaneously, and the system continues to supply water as usual.
9)The use of * cloth and water collection device, due to the water distribution system and evenly distributed water collectors of the filtration system *, results in a layered flow of water throughout the entire filtration process. The surface of the filter sand bed remains flat throughout the filtration process, ensuring stable effluent quality.

10)The selection of refined quartz sand or garnet as the filtration medium is based on the water quality, and homogeneous filter media with a small particle size of 0.16mm can be used.

(2)Water saving: Due to its water replenishing and collecting devices, as well as a standardized tank, the system can effectively backwash the medium layer without the need for compressed air. The water used for backwashing is filtered clean water, so the amount of backwashing water consumed is small. The backwash water volume of a single tank is fully automatic shallow sand filter. (3)Save maintenance costs: The entire system does not have mechanical or electric valves, and only relies on multifunctional valves to control the system's backwashing.
