Installation method of hand cranked opening and closing machine
1. The installation of the foundation building for the hoist must be stable and safe. The concrete for the machine base and foundation components shall be poured according to the drawings. When the concrete strength does not reach the design strength, it is not allowed to remove or change the temporary support of the hoist, let alone carry out debugging and trial operation.
2. Install the hoist according to the lifting centerline, align the center so that the deviation of the longitudinal and transverse centerlines does not exceed ± 3mm, and the elevation deviation does not exceed ± 5mm.
3. The installation of the electrical equipment for the hoist shall comply with the provisions of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment shall be reliably grounded.
4. After the installation of each hoist is completed, clean the hoist, repair damaged protective paint, and apply lubricating grease.
Hand cranked opening and closing machine debugging

1. When the hoist is unloaded, ensure that the three-phase current imbalance does not exceed ± 10%, and measure the current value.
2. The adjustment of the main controller of the hoist must ensure that the error of the gate lifting to the upper and lower limit positions does not exceed 1cm.
