1、 Product Introduction
The dedicated Advance software system allows for simultaneous viewing of six sets of humidity curves and high-precision LVDT curves during the testing process. The Advance software interface is user-friendly, with built-in HDT and VICAT standard testing specifications, making it easy to use. High precision LVDT linear correction ensures accurate measurement of deformation.
Functional features:
- ●High precision LVDT sensor, upon reaching the deformation value, automatically records the curve and stops testing without the need for manual monitoring.
- ●Mobile LVDT sensor fixed bracket for quick adjustment of sensing position.
- ●Sample holder and weight bracket, electric take-off and landing, no need to move weights when replaying samples, can quickly place samples. Linear temperature correction ensures accurate temperature and automatically calculates the required test load.
- ●Deformation and frame deformation correction to overcome the deformation errors generated by the system itself.
- ●The sealed exhaust structure of the fuel tank ensures a comfortable laboratory environment.
- ●Adopting the Wei flow stirring method to make the test oil temperature more uniform.
- ●Reduce the volume of the oil tank, decrease the amount of thermal oil used, improve the efficiency of heating and cooling, and save oil and electricity.
- ●Standard external automatic water inlet solenoid valve and water-cooled exchanger (optional fast low-temperature cooling system).
