In practical applications, many physical processes and chemical reactions are affected by gas pressure. Therefore, it is often necessary to conduct DSC experiments while maintaining a certain pressure.
NETZSCH has developed a high-pressure differential scanning calorimeter DSC 204 HP, which has a sturdy gold-plated measuring cell and can perform experiments under various atmospheres such as O2, N2, Ar, He, H2, CO2, CH4, etc. under high pressure. The pressure range can be from vacuum to 15 MPa (150 bar), and the testing temperature can reach 600 ° C. If equipped with a liquid nitrogen controller CC 200 L, the temperature can reach -150 ° C.
The sample atmosphere can be static or dynamic. The electronic pressure control device and precise blowing airflow regulation ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the experiment. The DSC 204 HP has good safety performance and meets all safety requirements for high-pressure experiments.
The DSC 204 HP is currently a DSC system on the market that operates under high pressure and is capable of measuring negative temperature and high pressure. As a result, the product won the R&D100 award immediately after its launch.
