MASTER - α is the only handheld refractometer with waterproof function. For this purpose, MASTER - α can be washed with water. In addition, this product also achieves durability in high humidity environments. MASTER - α has a measurement range of Brix 0.0 to 33.0% and is widely applicable to samples such as fruit juice, refreshing drinks, carbonated drinks, seasonings, cutting oils, and non freezing liquids.
