Introduction to CI-203 Handheld Laser Leaf Area Meter
The CI-203 handheld laser leaf area meter utilizes laser technology to conveniently and accurately measure various parameters of plant leaves. The CI-203 encapsulates the laser scanner, data collector, display, and battery in a single handheld box, weighing only 1kg. Simply pull the blade out of the handle of the instrument to non destructively measure and calculate the area, width, length, circumference, aspect ratio, and shape factor of the live blade simultaneously, as well as the corresponding cumulative and average values, and store them in the instrument. The storage capacity can reach up to 15000 data points, which can be directly browsed on the instrument or transmitted to a computer or printer via RS232 cable. In addition, CI-203 can also be equipped with two accessories: CI-203CA transmission and CI-203RL root measurement, which are used for measuring the length of detached leaves and plant roots in large quantities. Make it have functions equivalent to three instruments of the same level.

CI-203CA Transmission Attachment
After inserting CI-203 into CI-203CA, simply insert the blades between the two glass rollers on CI-203CA to quickly and accurately measure six parameters including area, width, length, perimeter, aspect ratio, and shape factor of a large number of detached blades. Due to the use of hard glass instead of plastic conveyor belts, the conveyor system is easier to clean.

CI-203RL Root Measurement Attachment
The CI-203RL consists of a base, a T-shaped adapter, and a root plate. Remove the handle of CI-203, insert the "T" adapter, insert the rooted root plate into the base, hold CI-203 and slide it along the guide rail on the base to measure the total root length inside the root plate.
