Working Principle:
The machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, upper box, lower box, rotor, hammer plate, screen mesh, frame, discharge port and other components. When the crusher is working, the electric motor drives the main shaft or rotor (with several hammer plates evenly distributed around the rotor) to rotate at high speed. The compact structure of the crushing zone composed of hammer blades and stator allows the material entering the machine to rub tightly and strongly impact the hammer blades in the rotating airflow, and grind again in the gap between the hammer blades and stator. During this process, the rotor sucks in a large amount of air, which serves the purpose of cooling the machine, abrasive, and conveying fine powder. The fineness of material crushing depends on the properties of the material, the size of the sieve, and the amount of air passing through the material.
