In order to present a classic halogen light source, we have redesigned the lifespan, color temperature, and stability of the HL1000. Not only do we use imported professional grade halogen bulbs, but we also concentrate these high-performance components in a palm sized volume and use a metal casing made of aluminum alloy. The HL1000 halogen light source was ultimately endowed with a dynamic operating experience.

Measurement application
The stability of the light intensity output of the reflection/transmission spectral light source affects the reliability of the results; In addition, the higher the color temperature, the better the signal-to-noise ratio in the short wavelength band.
In many applications, irradiance calibration requires a standard radiation source; Generally speaking, the longer the lifespan of this light source, the more stable the light intensity output is.
HL1000 halogen light source - has many significant advantages:
1A lifespan of over 10000 hours, HL1000 uses spectral grade specialized halogen bulbs with better filament packaging, ensuring the lifespan of each halogen bulb and effectively reducing the frequency of bulb replacement;

3Adjustable light intensityThe adjustment range is 0-100%; In order to meet the needs of different samples in reflection and transmission spectroscopy measurements, HL1000 is designed to adjust the output light intensity;

5. Powered by 85-250 volts AC.
6. HL1000 adopts a higher-level power supply with stability better than 2 ‰, ensuring that the drift of optical power output per hour does not exceed 2 ‰;
7. Using a filament positioning accuracy higher than ± 0.127mm as the standard radiation light source, each HL1000 has extremely high filament positioning accuracy, ensuring batch consistency;
8. The size of the light source is 150mm x 75mm x 50mm;

During the experiment, if the light output from the light source is too strong, causing saturation of the detection equipment, a fiber optic attenuator is needed. The fiber optic attenuator produced by Wenyi Optoelectronics Company can uniformly attenuate the optical signal, and the attenuation ratio is continuously adjustable from 0 to 100%. |
