The mercury argon lamp produced by Shanghai Wenyi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is a compact, low-cost HG-1 mercury argon calibration light source used for wavelength calibration in UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy systems. HG-1 produces a spectral range of 253-1700nm in the UV visible band, used for fast and reliable wavelength correction. The shell is printed with easily recognizable mercury and argon transmission spectral lines.



Our spectrometer has been carefully calibrated. However, with the passage of time and changes in the environment, the wavelength may experience slight drift. If wavelength accuracy is important for your application, you can consider calibrating the wavelength every time. You can readjust the optical spectrometer and perform linear regression using the characteristic peaks in the following spreadsheet.
