1、 Product Overview:
This instrument is manufactured in accordance with the new standard GB/T0175-2004 and is suitable for determining the inherent stability of middle distillate fuel oil using accelerated oxidation method. Not applicable for the determination of fuel oil containing residual oil and synthetic fuel oil mainly composed of non petroleum components. The instrument adopts a split structure, consisting of three parts and four main bodies. The cold bath, dark box, and control part are separate from the hot bath, making this instrument easy to operate and highly accurate.

3、 Product features:
1. This instrument is made of stainless steel for both hot and cold baths, with good rust resistance.
2. This instrument is heated by an electric heating tube and regulated by a solid-state relay (the advantage of solid-state relays is that they have no obvious contacts, high safety factor, and high accuracy).
3. This instrument uses an imported digital PID temperature controller for temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃. Its temperature display is intuitive and accurate, and it can also adjust errors caused by aging temperature sensors.
4. The timer equipped with this instrument is a digital time relay, and the time can move freely.
5. This instrument's dark box is used for temporary storage of samples during the testing process, with strong light shielding properties. It is equipped with an electric fan to improve the ventilation environment and facilitate heat dissipation.
6. This instrument is equipped with 6 flow meters and pressure gauges. The pressure can be precisely controlled through coarse adjustment, fine adjustment, and fine adjustment to control the gas flow rate. It can simultaneously produce 6 samples.
