| Forged steel lift check valve, forged steel check valve model: H41H, diameter: 15-100MM, pressure: 1.6-16Mpa, material: A105, applicable scope: pipelines for media such as water, gas, steam, oil, etc. in metallurgy, fire protection, chemical, construction, light industry and other industries. There are three types of valve cover designs for forged steel lift check valves. The * type is a bolt type valve cover, which is connected by concave and convex surfaces and uses stainless steel strips and flexible graphite wrapped gaskets. Ring connections can also be used as needed. The second type is a welded valve cover, which is sealed by threads and welded directly. Rigid welding can also be used as needed. The third type is a self sealing valve cover, which is connected to the self sealing valve cover by threads. There are three different structural designs for check valves, namely: vertical check valve, ball check valve, and swing check valve. Connection methods include flanges, butt welding, etc! Structural design and specifications for socket welded forged steel check valves: Check valves shall be manufactured in accordance with MSS SP-118, BS5352, ANSI/ASME B16.34, tested and accepted in accordance with API 598, and labeled in accordance with MSS SP-25 The structural types of socket welded forged steel check valves are as follows: 1.
