GCG1000 Explosion proof Online Dust Analyzer
1、 Product Overview:
The GCG1000 dust concentration sensor is designed according to the enterprise standards of MT/T 1102-2009 "Coal Mine Dust Concentration Sensor" and Q/320581FYK007-2012 "GCG1000 Dust Concentration Sensor", as well as the Exib I intrinsic safety level in GB3836.4-2010 standard. The product absorbs and digests domestic and foreign dust measurement technologies, directly detects the mass concentration of airborne dust, displays it on site through a digital tube, and converts it into a frequency signal output for use in mine monitoring or other measurement and control systems. This product has the characteristics of fast and accurate measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, preset K value, and direct display and output of dust mass concentration.
Compared to general dust concentration sensors, the new equipment adopts a wide channel dust exhaust, avoiding the trouble of frequent cleaning caused by long-term monitoring leading to blockage of internal pipelines. At the same time, the new equipment is equipped with two interfaces for signal output and alarm output, truly realizing one machine for multiple purposes.
2、 Applicable occasions:
This product has both Coal Mine Safety Certification (MA) and Mining Product Certification (KA), and is suitable for both coal mining and metal and non-metal mines with explosive gas (dust) hazards; At present, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, workplaces with explosive conditions must implement continuous monitoring of dust concentration and total dust.

1. Metal production and processing: aluminum powder, zinc powder, silicon iron powder, magnesium powder, iron powder, aluminum processing grinding powder, etc;

4、 Working principle:
External air enters the sensor chamber through a labyrinth inlet under the suction of the exhaust fan. When floating dust in the air is irradiated by parallel light emitted by a laser generator in a dark room, the scattered light intensity of the dust is proportional to the mass concentration. The scattered light is converted into photoelectric current by a photoelectric converter, and then converted into photoelectric pulse numbers proportional to the scattered light intensity by the photoelectric current integration circuit of the main control board. By calculating the number of pulses, the relative mass concentration of dust can be measured. By calibrating and setting the K value on the keyboard, the mass concentration of dust in the air (mg/m ³) can be directly displayed on the digital display screen during operation.
