This machine adopts automatic (manual) feeding, rough washing, fine washing, sampling and testing, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, hot air drying, vacuum cooling, and automatic discharge to complete the cleaning work of aluminum caps according to the GMP standards for drug production management.
Steam sterilization adopts the F0 value control standard to ensure the sterilization process requirements. The aluminum cover adopts negative pressure vacuum drying, and is equipped with high-pressure spraying and wall spraying systems during the cleaning process. The processes of precision washing, sterilization, vacuum drying, and automatic reverse plugging are all controlled by PLC automatic control in one go. Imported frequency adjusters with adjustable speed are used in the operation of the spindle at all levels, and interlocks are installed in the cleaning and sterile rooms to prevent contamination.
