Fully automatic injection high-temperature ovenSuitable for drying, curing, baking, quenching, and baking of primers, adhesives, coatings, paints, or similar surface coating treatment agents. Such as steel plates and aluminum plates in roll coating production. Alternatively, the samples obtained from our company's discontinuous S-RRCBW reverse roll coating simulation continuous roll coating production line can be directly transferred to the sample holder, and then automatically enter the oven for curing and heat treatment. After processing, the sample can be automatically exited for water cooling or quenching experiments.

Most laboratory heat treatment experiments can be completed through this multifunctional application unit and drying oven. This can avoid waste and save time for the next stage of production.

At the beginning of the design, this furnace placed great emphasis on the absolute repeatability of sample testing design parameters, which is the * method for simulating pre-treatment parameters.

The most important drying components are as follows:

1. Core control unit

There is no control box used, this instrument is replaced by a compact control unit, and the following control parameters can be input:

1) Temperature 2) dwell time 3) fan revolutions

The core control unit can also choose the following accessories:

1) RS 232 cable, used for connecting with computers and recording process data online;

2) Automatic program design can maximize the setting of 20 step heating and 20 programs, each program can set the heating rate, constant temperature time, wind speed, etc. This allows a sample to undergo multiple heat treatments, and the temperature, time, and wind speed of each stage of heat treatment can be automatically set and controlled.

2. Drying oven

This instrument adopts a well-designed high-power fan with air channels, which can distribute air and heat well in the furnace. The air channel is equipped with adjustable baffles, which allow air to enter only through the upper or lower part, or flow evenly in both directions at the same rate. The adjustable baffle can be set at any time on the external control panel.

3. Temperature measurement and heating

Temperature measurement is based on the resistance measurement system Pt 100. The temperature control is controlled by an electronic measuring and controlling device with digital display. The heating element is placed above the air channel and at the inlet of the fan. Use auxiliary temperature sensors to monitor high temperatures, limit ambient temperatures, and protect heating elements.

The instrument can also be equipped with a non-contact infrared temperature measurement device to determine the actual temperature of the processed sample surface.

4. Stay time

The duration of stay in the furnace (in minutes or seconds) can be adjusted on the control panel. And display the set value and the time used.

5. Small space occupation

No need to separately place the central control box unit, which greatly reduces the occupied space. Moreover, the electronic control device is properly placed as an accessory under the drying oven and has a protective cover that can also be easily removed.

6. Transmission structure

Pressing the corresponding button can activate the automatic feeding of the feeding bracket. After running for the corresponding dwell time, the sample can be automatically sent out.

7. High credibility

Install multiple monitoring systems on the instrument to improve its reliability. For example, the control of heating temperature mentioned above. And the fan is also equipped with a rotary control, which can cut off the heating source in case of problems with the fan engine or damage to the fan belt.

8. It is easy to maintain the heater

Removing the heating baffle allows for easy access to the interior of the heater for any inspection and maintenance.

9. Exhaust fan

When a large amount of smoke appears during the heat treatment process, an exhaust fan can be used to remove it.

10. The following attachments can be selected to meet the different needs of various users:

10.1 Central control unit:

10.2 Oven section

1) Non contact infrared thermometer is used to measure the actual surface temperature of the sample;

2) The temperature rises to 450 ℃;

3) Sample sieve handle with standard cup-shaped thread

4) A standard cup-shaped threaded sample sieve handle and a tilted water addition device are used to quickly cool the sample leaving the heating furnace (when rapid cooling is required);

5) The automatic lifting motor is used to open the back cover and accelerate the cooling of the sample;

6) Exhaust fan, maximum displacement of 30 m3/h

7) The foot switch is used to control the entry or exit of samples with foot movements without manually operating the keyboard;

8) Wheels with brake brakes.
